Job Ref: MGC: MCG-018/2019 The purpose of this position is to drive Muscat Gases’ heavy vehicles in a safe and efficient manner in order to complete assigned tasks.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  •  Perform all tasks in a safe and methodical manner, using correct PPE at all times and Keep the workplace clean and tidy.

 Always wear appropriate PPE  Comply with Omani Traffic laws and regulations and those of other countries as applicable  Keep the vehicle clean, tidy and mechanically serviceable.  Carry out daily Vehicle routine checks  Create Journey Plans for approval by the Fleet Supervisor  Carryout inspections of the load being carried to ensure it is secure and complies with MGC regulations.  Understand and carry out the MGC procedures to be followed in the case of vehicle break-downs or accidents  Understand and carry out the MGC procedures related to driving hours and fatigue management.  Ensure the vehicle has undergone planned routine maintenance  Report any vehicle defects or problems to the Fleet Supervisor as soon as is possible.  Respond appropriately to emergencies. Job Ref: MGC: MCG-009/2019 Key tasks and responsibilities:  Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.  Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.  Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.  Greet and welcome customers.  Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.  Cash checks for customers.  Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.  Compute and record totals of transactions.  Other works assigned by direct supervisor. Job Ref: MGC: MCG-010/2019 As Technical Sales Executive you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective sales of MGC products in order to facilitate growth and increased sales in accordance with the Business Plan. This position reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager. Key tasks and responsibilities: • Working under design and tendering projects and responsible to prepare proposal for LPG projects. • Researching for new projects and new clients to make new business. • Presenting our technical proposal for supplying installation and commissioning for LPG system and explain to the client all technical support. • Maintaining and developing relationships with the existing and new client. Making estimations and preparation of BOQ for new projects. • Working in Auto-cad and drawing. • Arranging meetings with potential clients, to prospect for new business. • Following up with the clients to check about our offer and clarify for all technical information. • Arrange Site survey with the clients to understand their requirements and presenting appropriately. • Prepare competitive bids in time in accordance with requirements • Follow-up with customers regarding outcome of competitive bids. This position reports to CEO directly Key tasks and responsibilities:  Deliver timely, high-quality support services to CEO.
